1. Returns

We gladly accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging and tags

  • Provide proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods (food or plants)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (skincare, soaps, personal care)

  • Gift cards

  • Final Finds / Clearance items (unless faulty)


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you by email about the outcome

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method


4. Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
